Finowfurt is located in the heart of the Schorfheide. The building in which the apartment is located is about 900 meters behind the freeway exit. By car, it is about 30 km via the A11 highway to the outskirts of Berlin. This makes Finowfurt easily accessible from Berlin and ideal for commuters. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The bus takes you to Eberswalde main station within 18 minutes. Particularly worth mentioning are the very well-developed and abundant cycle paths. From Finowfurt, you can explore the entire Schorfheide with its beautiful lakes and forests by bike.

In the village itself there is a medical center, a pharmacy and several restaurants. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. Finowfurt has a well-developed infrastructure, including several discount stores, a furniture store, DIY store, petrol stations, garages, car dealerships and a small hotel.
