Our stylishly furnished apartments are all equipped with a shower room, a balcony or terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and are therefore ideal for students as well as for longer stays, e.g. for business trips or long-term stays for professional or medical reasons. The amenities include free cable TV, high-speed WLAN and LAN connection, a guest laundry with dryer and monitored parking spaces with electric charging station, which can be used for a fee.
Our apartments are equipped with a 180 cm wide box-spring bed, some with a sofa bed and desk, underfloor heating and smart TV. The kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, induction stove, egg stove, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.
Furnishing
You can book the duration of your stay with Maxim Apartments very flexibly after at least one month, on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. Rental surcharge for the 2nd person is €20 per day.
Monitored parking space can be rented for €25 per week. E-charging station is available. Consumption billing is monthly.
Shared use of the washing machine and dryer costs €5 per use. There is a balcony tumble dryer on the balcony which is available free of charge.
Cleaning of the room incl. change of bed linen and towels as well as replenishment of washing lotions is available for an extra charge. It is also possible to have the bed linen and towels changed for €10 without using the room cleaning service. Laundry cleaning utensils are available free of charge. The one-off charge for final cleaning is € 100. All our guests, without exception, are requested to observe our strict smoking ban in the building and on the grounds.
We speak German, English and Russian.

Heidelberg has a wide variety of gastronomic and cultural facilities to offer in addition to the castle ruins, which you can reach within 15 minutes by public transportation (3 bus lines 33, 34, 37 at the Kreuzgrundweg stop within 5 minutes walking distance and 2 bus lines 34 and 37 at the "grüner Baum" stop within 3 minutes walking distance) or by car. Shopping facilities and facilities for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes.
