We are looking for a new tenant for a thatched-roof house in the center of Großenbrode. This charming half of a two-family house with a large garden invites you to relax and switch off from everyday life. The garden is very well maintained and has an open, unsecured garden pond in the area of the neighbors. The quiet location in the middle of Großenbrode allows you to immerse yourself in a sea of nature and coziness during the day and in the evening hours. The house is located in the old part of the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, 2 km from the south beach. Großenbrode is a peninsula off Fehmarn, one of the areas with the least rainfall and most sunshine in Germany.
There are various opportunities for sports on the water and on land in the beautiful surroundings.
The nearest supermarket, train station, general practitioner, bakery, kindergarten and Großenbrode elementary school are all less than 1 km away. Secondary schools are on Fehmarn and in Heiligenhafen.
