The apartment is located in a half-timbered country house on the Strampenhof, the green oasis in the center of Bad Bevensen.
The building was built in 1976 and completely renovated in 2021.
In every room you will find built-in wardrobes permanently installed by the carpenter.
Bad Bevensen is an idyllic small town with a good infrastructure. You have many shopping facilities and all medical specialists and clinics in the immediate vicinity. The Jod-Sole-Therme with its large outdoor pools in the spa gardens is also very popular.
The cozy house is exclusively furnished. It has a shower room. A new, high-quality kitchen has been installed. The floors in the living room, in the dining area and in the kitchen have been fitted with new wear-resistant laminate flooring.
A large double bed can be set up in the master bedroom. It is on the east side and is nice and bright.
The second bedroom is on the south side with small windows.
A patio area with a small garden and garden shed creates an individual atmosphere.
The advance payment for heating costs includes an electricity cost deduction of €50. There is a separate sub-meter for this. There is no need to register with the electricity supplier.
A graduated rent of 2.5% p.a. is agreed.

The Strampenhof is a green oasis in the center of Bad Bevensen. You can reach all public facilities, doctors, clinics, supermarkets and spa facilities, such as the iodine brine thermal baths, on foot.
The train station is also just a 5-minute walk away and offers good regional connections to Lüneburg (15 minutes) and Hamburg (1 hour) as well as Uelzen (10 minutes) and Hanover (1:15 hours).
