We rent out the unfurnished, bright and spacious apartment on the first floor of our two-family house, newly built in 1994, which offers a unique living experience with an area of 73 sqm, 2 rooms, kitchen-living room and a southwest-facing 15 sqm balcony with lake view as well as a seating area in the green inner courtyard. The light-flooded living rooms have parquet flooring, while the kitchen, hallway, bathroom and storage room are brightly tiled. The living room with floor-to-ceiling windows is equipped with a clay stove. The kitchen-living room also faces south-west and has a high-quality fitted kitchen, the modern bathroom with bathtub and 70x120 cm shower is fully tiled with a window overlooking the green inner courtyard.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to store bicycles, an area of approx. 3 sqm in the cellar and a parking space in the garage for rent. A garden area is also available as an option.
The house has a decalcification system as well as a solar system for the preparation of hot water, a satellite dish for TV reception, gas heating and Internet via Wlan.

The house is on a slope. You enter the apartment at ground level via the green inner courtyard. The living room with balcony and lake view has floor-to-ceiling plastic windows, finished parquet flooring and a clay stove. The wood is included in the warm rent. There is carpeting in the bedroom. This can also be removed, underneath is also parquet flooring. The floors in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen are tiled with high-quality light-colored tiles. The bathroom with window has a 70 x 120 cm shower with glass partition and a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven at working height, extra-large ceramic hob, dishwasher and extractor hood.
As we are non-smokers ourselves and do not have a dog, we are looking for tenants who suit us in this respect.
We are interested in renting the apartment on a long-term basis, which is why the minimum rental period is one year. The rent is linked to the German consumer price index and can be adjusted accordingly. The first adjustment will be made after the first year at the earliest.
You will need a permanent employment contract outside the probationary period or a pension certificate. We assume that you have proper Schufa information.
A rental deposit of three months' rent is required.

Quiet central location in the middle of the city and yet surrounded by greenery with lake view and direct access to the lake and green inner courtyard. Short distances to the shops, post office, savings bank, doctor and pharmacy. Shopping markets and train station approx. 1.5 km away. Trains run every hour, the Baltic Sea is 20 km away, Lübeck 30 km and Hamburg 60 km. The town offers the Schönberg Music Summer from June to September, the Cinema Winter once a month from October to April, a fitness center and a swimming pond.
