The house is a new construction project that will most likely be ready for occupancy in December 24. It is located in a mature neighborhood.
The equipment includes:
underfloor heating,
a guest WC,
and a bathroom with shower and bathtub,
two children's bedrooms and a master bedroom.
A fiber optic connection has been applied for.
The windows all have electric shutters.
The heating is centrally controlled. In addition to the central control, the system has a Homematic IP app, which you can use to regulate your heating when you are out and about.
The house has a terrace measuring 3 × 6 m, and approx. 120 m² of garden. The garden is fenced in with bar fencing in anthracite.
On the first floor there is a guest WC, utility room with space for a washing machine and dryer and a tap for water (cleaning bucket etc.).

The house is located in Dülken, on a side road, about 50 m to the field, in a quiet residential street, in the Schirick area. Despite the very quiet location, you have good transport connections. The bus stop is approx. 2 minutes' walk away. The school bus stops almost in front of the door. The nearest supermarket is about 500 m away.
The city of Düsseldorf can be reached in around 25 minutes. Cologne in about 55 minutes
and Venlo in about 20 minutes. The slip road to the A 61 can be reached from the house in around 2-4 minutes. Despite the good traffic connections, you live in a quiet environment in a traffic-calmed street.
