The planned construction project comprises a semi-detached house on a very quiet plot in the center of the village with an ideal south-facing orientation in Reichersbeuern. Each half of the house will have a double carport along the gable end and a parking space on the north side.
Due to the low-energy house standard, KfW subsidies can be claimed.
Construction will start on 01.03.2025 depending on the weather.
All houses will be built according to the latest low-energy standard (energy generation by air heat pump) in solid brick construction (42.5 cm outer wall thickness). The master builders involved are all from the immediate vicinity, which guarantees short completion times.

The building project is located at Tannenweg 1a in Reichersbeuern - Reichersbeuern impresses with its rural character in the foothills of the Alps, situated between the Bavarian capital of Munich and Lake Tegernsee.
The connection to the BRB railroad line links Reichersbeuern with Munich Central Station, which can be reached in approx. 45 minutes (every 30 minutes). The neighboring towns of Bad Tölz and Waakirchen can be reached in a few minutes - the A8 and A95 are also easily accessible by car.
Excursion destinations such as Tegernsee and Schliersee make the exceptional location between the Alps and the state capital particularly attractive and desirable.
Day nurseries, kindergartens, elementary school and a grammar school are located directly in the village. Furthermore, you can cover your daily needs for groceries etc. either directly in the village or in the neighboring villages of Greiling, Bad Tölz and Waakirchen.
