Hello,

We are selling our beautiful, renovated mid-terrace house.
It is more spacious on the inside than it might appear.

On the first floor there is a spacious hallway and a separate WC.
A spacious, bright kitchen (the fitted kitchen remains in the house) offers enough space to cook up a culinary storm. The kitchen leads directly to the dining and living room and from here you have access to the covered terrace and the garden.

The small garden has been put to good use.

The school bus for the children is approx. 100m away, but the way to school can also be done by bike (approx. 3km)

The surrounding industry and the neighboring THW have never bothered us, the noise pollution is not a problem for families with babies and in our opinion is limited to normal city noise.
