The building plots, which are ready for development in a quiet location, are partially developed and all the necessary supply lines (electricity, water, gas, telephone/internet) for the management are located in the adjacent development road and only need to be laid on your plot.
Waste water is not available in the housing estate, so you will need to plan for a collection cistern. A biological sewage treatment plant is not necessary.
The type of building use is a mixed-use area and therefore (partial) commercial use is not excluded.
