The property to both halves of the house is fenced off from the pastureland by a wooden fence.
There are old oaks, ash trees and an old, large chestnut tree, a magnolia, various old and new fruit trees as well as various rhododendron bushes and other shrubs and trees on the property.
The access road is an avenue of oak trees.
There is a parking lot facing the road, which is paved with a grass grid and designed for heavy vehicles. The paved area offers space for 4 cars. However, additional cars can be parked without further ado.
Along the road Langleben and the Wiesenweg is pasture land for keeping horses with a size of approx. 1.2 ha.
Behind and next to the house there are two fields separated by a bend (1.4 ha and 6 ha) with a very beautiful old oak tree population in the bends.
There is a public bathing area directly on the Westensee in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Also in the immediate vicinity, but in the other direction, there is an Eider bridge, on the hiking trail that leads to Achterwehr or first along the Eider and then past the Ahrensee to the Marutendorf estate.
