Our apartment is located in a 4-family house and is on the first floor, with direct access to the terrace and the adjoining garden (lawn).
Our apartment has been used as a vacation home for years and we want to change that in the future.

A new fitted kitchen was installed in the kitchen in 2021, new interior doors were also installed throughout the apartment in 2021 and some of the floor coverings were renewed. The existing gas boiler was replaced in 2024. It is a Wolf boiler with an integrated storage tank for hot water.
The bright, large living room has an adjoining terrace enclosed by living hedges, with direct access to the garden.
The living room, the two bedrooms, a small room, the shower room and the kitchen are all accessible from the inner hallway.
Another small hallway leads to a storage room and a large room (bedroom), which offers a beautiful view of the garden. This room is currently used as an office and is therefore not shown in the photo. It can of course be seen in the exposé.
The house was built in 1997 as a solid construction with double-shell masonry with a cavity layer. To ensure good energy efficiency, an additional 6 cm of rock wool insulation was installed in the cavity layer during the construction phase and perlite filling was installed up to the lower edge of the window sills. The large, white plastic windows with insulating glass provide plenty of light in the house. All apartments naturally have their own electricity, gas and water meters and their own gas heating. A new gas boiler was already installed in 2024 (renewed).

The four-family house is located in the beautiful village of Neukamperfehn, which belongs to the municipality of Hesel. It is a place where good neighborly relations are maintained. There is a very lively sports club, a kindergarten, an elementary school, a church with an active congregation, a butcher's shop and a bakery. Supermarkets, doctors' surgeries and pharmacies are located in the neighboring towns of Hesel and Warsingsfehn.
The Stikelkamper Forest with its beautiful cycling and hiking trails is within walking distance.
The North Sea coast with its East Frisian islands is approx. 60 km away.
