The retail space is located in Südweststadt near the Karlstor. The nearest train stop is a 4-5 minute walk away. The city center can also be reached in approx. 5 minutes by bike.
There are grocery stores, a hairdressing salon, restaurants and other stores in the immediate vicinity. Gartenstraße is also generally a busy and well-frequented street.
