Parcels 9 and 11 border directly on the Aubach. Parcel 10/1 is part of the watercourse. The Aubach is a watercourse subject to reporting under the European Water Framework Directive (WFD). The "Schweriner See / Obere Sude" water and soil association intends to make structural changes to the course of the stream in this section of the watercourse. According to the water and soil association, parcel 10/1 is permanently affected by this. For parcels 9 and 11, only a small area is expected to be affected. The highest bidder must tolerate this utilization. It is the responsibility of the highest bidder to agree compensation with the developer.
