Three kilometers southwest of the center of Bochum lies the district of Eppendorf. The old core of the district has been lovingly renovated to a large extent. This residential district is defined by scattered quite green residential areas of medium to better quality. Transportation: 2 km to the southwestern city ring (Oviedo-Ring). Buses to the center to Wattenscheid and Dahlhausen.
