We have outlined a development of four semi-detached houses and one apartment building on the 1,719m² plot.
It is possible to purchase a plot of land and build on it, for example, with a semi-detached house, a detached single-family house or a two-family house.
The purchase price depends on the size and extension.
The planned plot has dimensions of around 68m deep and around 25m wide.
It slopes down around 4m from the access road on the north side to the path on the south side.
There is a building window of around 52m x 22m on the plot
On the north side, the property is accessed via the main road.
On the south side, the property is accessed via a footpath / cycle path / residential path.
No energy certificate can yet be issued for the buildings that do not yet exist
