The apartment is located in the quiet and green residential street Brehmweg in Hamburg-Stellingen, just over the border to Eimsbüttel. Nearby is the popular Osterstraße in Eimsbüttel, which offers a wide range of shops, doctors and restaurants. The Lutterothstraße subway station is a 5-minute walk away.
The Brehmweg elementary school and the Stellingen district school as well as several kindergartens are also within walking distance. Despite the proximity of the schools, no school noise can be heard.
