The upper floor has wooden floorboards and the entire first floor has high-quality terracotta tiles. The house is equipped with all amenities. We use it as a vacation home, but permanent use is possible.
Woorke is a quiet village not far from Bergen and Ralswiek.
Bergen is the county town of the island of Rügen, from there you have all the amenities of a city (schools, shopping, medical care / hospital, cinema ...)
Although the house is located in the village, it offers an unobstructed view of nature. The pond / pond with the associated jetty allows relaxing moments, from there you can watch ducks and pond hens and much more. The property is planted with a high rose hedge on the street side and thus does not allow any views of the property. No development is possible on the opposite side of the road as it is a nature reserve.
