Upon entering the apartment, you immediately enter the large furnished living room with a view of the very spacious balcony, making the apartment appear even larger.
The 2 other furnished rooms with newly installed Velux windows are also very well laid out and perfectly suited and equipped for a shared flat or home office. Everyone would have their own room and the furnished living room could be used as a common room.

There is also a medical center and a pharmacy.
A bus station is about 3 minutes away on foot. There is a very regular bus to the S-Bahn Wedel (1 stop) or to the S-Bahn Blankenese.
It is only about 10 minutes by bike or about 15 minutes on foot to the Wedel University of Applied Sciences
