Property Description

We are selling our detached house in a prime location in Neumünster-belegen in the green Malerviertel.

The property was built in 1962 as an architect's house in a representative manner in solid construction and with an individual floor plan.

The official living space is just over 151 sqm on the first floor. The attic was converted in 2020/2021 and does not count as living space, but as usable space. There is a partial basement of approx. 60 sqm plus four rooms (laundry room, boiler room, pantry and tool room). There are 5 rooms in total.
