The mid-terrace house has 4 rooms on three floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a well-maintained kitchen with seating, a nice guest WC and a small storage room. On the upper floor there is a shower room and two bedrooms (one small and one larger). The attic has been converted and can be used as a living room, study or bedroom. The south-facing terrace is particularly attractive.
We prefer tenants who do not smoke and have no pets.
The terraced house is located on the outskirts of Kappeln in a quiet area on a residential street. The terraced house has a small garden shed and a parking space. There is a bus stop nearby. The Baltic Sea beach Olpenitz/Weidefeld is approx. 7 km away. Nearby is a small forest for walking and you can even walk to the Schlei shore (small bathing area).
