Consisting of the districts Ostertor, Steintor, Fesenfeld, Peterswerder and Hulsberg, the so-called quarter stretches from the city center to Hastedt along the Weser. The alternative and very popular quarter is a very lively district with many small (specialty) stores, cafes and bistros.
