Hello dear prospective tenant,
the fully furnished one-room apartment is located in the student residence Godramsteiner Str. 50.
The apartment has a small white tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, a hallway including its own kitchen (fridge, sink, stove and an oven with microwave) and a large room with a floor-to-ceiling window and French balcony, as well as a view of the greenery. There are also blackout curtains for a comfortable night's sleep. The room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The room has also been freshly painted and has recently been fitted with a new floor and a new kitchenette. A private internet connection is included, but Wi-Fi is usually shared with the neighbors. Electricity is billed directly.
You have the advantage of not having to share the bathroom and kitchen with your flatmates, but you can always enjoy the company of around 200 flatmates if you feel like it.
