The rental offer is primarily aimed at sea pilots. However, people working at the Westküstenklinikum in Brunsbüttel or similar are also welcome.

The house is a historic old building, which was completely renovated in 2022. The electrics, water pipes and the full bathroom were completely renovated and all rooms were brought up to date.
In terms of energy, the house was brought up to date last year, which further reduced the heating costs.

Parking spaces are available on the driveway, further parking spaces are plentiful in the public space directly in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity.

The room in the house at Wurtleutetweute 13 is centrally located in Brunsbüttel. The ferry to the south side can be reached by car in less than 2 minutes, the entrance to the lock system on the north side is 800m away and can be easily and directly reached on foot.
Shopping facilities are nearby. A sports studio, barber and other facilities for daily needs can be reached easily and quickly in Brunsbüttel.
The surrounding area is very suitable for jogging or walking.
