Just a few minutes’ drive to the centre of Stiepel, Bochum golf club and the Kemnader See lake with its enticing sport and leisure opportunities and restaurants. The apartment enjoys its own entrance, and good parking is available in the direct vicinity of the property. Bochum city centre centre is around 15 minutes’ drive away.
The rent already includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of electricity.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Fully fitted, attractively furnished apartment with large windows and a lovely view of the garden. All the windows are fitted with shutters, some of which are electric. The apartment’s entrance door is secured with security locks. A table and chair for the garden terrace will be provided. Kitchen inventory plus bedlinen and towels provided. Entrance hall with wardrobe, shoe cupboard and large mirror. The shower room features light-coloured tiling, fitted bathroom furniture and a window. The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as offering a coffee machine, tableware and a compact dining area with a view of the garden. The living room is furnished with sofas, cupboards and a Smart-TV. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobe. Access to the laundry cellar with washing machine, dryer and washing lines. An Internet connection (Magenta Home with Magenta TV) is available.

Bochum’s Stiepel district
The attractive district of Stiepel lies to the south of the city centre, and is Bochum’s most exclusive, sought-after district. Even the journey from the city centre along the Königsallee to Stiepel takes your breath away. The district offers lots of greenery and opportunities for recreation. The boulevard-like streets feature rows of beautiful detached/semi-detached houses and three-family buildings, as well as small fields, meadows and wooded areas.
Transport links: short drive to the A448 motorway, with its links to the A44, A43 and A40. Buses take you to the centre of Bochum, as well as to Hattingen and Witten.
