    High quality apartment with modern furnishings, where you will really feel at home. The apartment is situated in the Barop area of Dortmund. Shops nearby. Also nearby is an underground rail stop, from which the U42 takes you to the city centre. The TU Dortmund is around 1.5km away. The apartment offers two bedrooms and is ideal for accommodating two colleagues. If occupied by three people, the rent increases (amount to be agreed). You have use of wi-fi internet and also of a washing machine, which is housed in the building's cellar. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. The apartment was renovated in January 2024. The living room is furnished with a large, modern corner sofa, a sideboard and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen offers a dining area and access to the conservatory, with its view of greenery. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and is equipped with a dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge and microwave, among other things. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
