The rent already includes the operating and heating costs for one person. Electricity is payable plus according to consumption. Costs for two persons on request. Regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged for
    € 15,- per hour, change of bed linen and towels is possible. Transport connection: Approx. 5 km to the southwest ring road (Oviedo-Ring). Tram 308, buses in almost every directions, S-Bahn line S 3 Hattingen/Essen.
    Bochum’s Linden district is a predominantly low-density residential area situated six kilometres south-west of the city centre and on the border to Hattingen. In Linden’s centre you will find a beautiful marketplace, which exudes a little small-town atmosphere.
    Adjoining to the south-west is the industrial and former mining zone.
    Transport links: approx 5 km to the south-west ring road (Oviedo-Ring). Trams 308/318, plus buses in almost all directions.
