The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one person, and already includes service charges, heating costs and the internet connection. Electricity must be paid for separately. If rented to/occupied by two people, the rent increases.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Appealing, high quality fittings and furnishings. Internet access. Fully furnished, with kitchen inventory, bedlinen and towels provided. The apartment offers a lovely new shower room, featuring a window and heated towel rail. The entrance hall has a tiled floor, whereas the living areas feature laminate flooring. The open-plan kitchen area features fitted units, including dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster etc, along with a fridge-freezer. A dining table to seat up to four people is also provided. The open adjoining living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, cable TV and a display cabinet. In the bedroom you will find a bed (1.4m wide) with high quality mattress, and a four-door wardrobe. You also have use of a washing machine in the building’s cellar, where there is also a drying room.

Langendreer is an expansive district around seven kilometres east of Bochum city centre, bordering Witten and Dortmund. The district’s small centre offers shops and restaurants, and the Shopping Center Ruhrpark shopping centre is only a short drive away. Transport links: A44, A43, A448. Rail stations: Langendreer and Langendreer-West. Local rail service S1 (Düsseldorf–Dortmund). Tram 310, and various buses to Bochum, Dortmund and Witten.
