The location:
One of the most beautiful small towns in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is the moor spa town of Bad Doberan. The town's most famous sight is the medieval Doberan Minster dating back to the 13th century. Many historic buildings have been lovingly restored in recent years. The "Molli" spa train takes you from Bad Doberan via Heiligendamm to the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn directly to the Baltic Sea beach. The excellent transport links to Rostock and the surrounding area make Bad Doberan attractive for commuters. Due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea coast and its spas, the town is also becoming increasingly popular as a second home and has long since ceased to be an insider tip.
The complex is located close to the city center, yet in a quiet and idyllic location by a small stream. Opposite the residential complex is the cathedral with its park and idyllic walking paths. From the 14 sqm terrace of our apartment with its sunny south-west orientation, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the stream.
